e3 Mission

To aid students in achieving academic, social and relationship success in our communities through education and mentoring.

About us

e3 is a 501 (c) 3 student mentoring program that was founded by Amy Hill in 2017.  e3 is an acronym for engage, empower, equip that provides lessons that promote positive youth development skills that include Leadership, Teamwork, Goal Setting & Achieving, Making Good Choices and Encouraging Others. e3 provides an interactive learning experience for students by inviting them to engage with object lessons and activities that teach positive life skills for success. The club meets once a week during the school's lunch or advisement period and is attended voluntarily by students.

e3 Scope

The teen years are some of the most exciting, yet challenging years of a child’s life. From building new relationships to studying new subjects to finding your place in this world, being a teenager is a tough road to travel. Some students feel like they are navigating this road alone and are in desperate need of a guiding voice and a steady presence. Teenagers will look for this stability in a variety of settings, so it is crucial that a healthy path is available to them.

e3 Vision

To engage students with timeless principles that empower them with the skills to navigate through life’s challenges that equip them for personal growth and success.

e3 Leadership Club

Club meets regularly to engage, empower, and equip teens using the e3 High Five methodology. Through games and object lessons, students learn safety, commitment, respect, responsibility, and right thinking/encouragement. Students ranging from 7th-12th grade are encouraged to participate in the program.

e3 Model:

  • e3 Leadership Club-Peer group mentoring meets during school lunch or advisement period that meets weekly.

  • Enrichment Classes- group mentoring utilizing leadership curriculum in the classroom or advisement period.

  • 1:1 Mentoring - individual mentoring during lunch, advisement period or non core classes.

Our mission is made possible by the dedication of our team of passionate volunteers.

We introduce timeless principles and lessons that resonate with today’s students, equipping them to navigate through life’s challenges and opportunities for personal growth.

“One of the greatest values of mentors is the ability to see ahead what others cannot see and to help them navigate a course to their destination.”
